One platform. Seven products. Zero gaps.
RedAlert is one records management platform delivered through seven products, each built for a place your department actually works: RedAlert Desktop in the office, Mobile and Responder on every member's phone, MDT in the apparatus, Kiosk at the station door, Station Board on the day-room screen, and Fire Prevention in the field with your inspectors. Everything syncs to one database.
How do the products fit together?
Think of it by where the work happens. Dispatch drops a call: Responder lights up every member's phone, Station Board puts the call on the station screen, and MDT feeds the rig live CAD data and preplans. After the call, crews check in at the Kiosk, the officer finishes the report in Mobile or Desktop, and the record lands in one database, NERIS-ready: attendance, times, narrative, and the participation credit your pay-per-call, stipend, or point program runs on. Fire Prevention runs inspections, permits, and investigations against those same property records.

The products
RedAlert Desktop
The administrative core: incident reporting, personnel, training and certifications, scheduling, and document management, with every field app reporting into it.
RedAlert Mobile
The field app: NERIS reports, truck checks, gear inspections, preplan updates, messaging, and training records from any phone or tablet, written straight into the Desktop record.
RedAlert Responder
The alerting app: live dispatch alerts, GPS routing, hydrant mapping, and real-time responder status on every member's phone, with membership and permissions managed from Desktop.
RedAlert MDT
In-apparatus mobile data terminal: live CAD feed, custom mapping, preplans on the rig's tablet before arrival, and NERIS reports started from the scene.
RedAlert Kiosk
A locked-down digital sign-in station: members check in by fingerprint, key fob, or ID card at the station, inside a time window tied to the call. Auditable attendance for LOSAP, pay-per-call, stipend, and points programs.
RedAlert Station Board
Turns any TV or monitor into a live station display: active calls, mapping, and responder status during a run, plus duty crew, out-of-service rigs, tasks due, and top responders between calls.
RedAlert Fire Prevention
Inspections, permits, investigations, and occupancy records on one platform, documented on a tablet and shared with the crews who respond.
Common questions
Do we have to buy all seven products?
No. Departments start with what they need most, often Desktop plus Responder, and add products as they retire other vendors. Everything shares the same database and member records from day one.
What's the difference between the products and the platform modules?
Modules describe what RedAlert can do (incident reporting, scheduling, LOSAP, prevention). Products are the actual software your department runs: the desktop system, the phone apps, the apparatus tablet software, the kiosk hardware, the station display. Each product page links to the capabilities it delivers.
Are the mobile apps included with RedAlert Desktop?
The products are modular, and pricing is scoped to your department's size and selection. Book a demo and we'll walk through what fits how your department runs, no pressure, real answers.
