We extract, convert, validate, and load your historical data, configure RedAlert around your department's structure and workflows, and then train your people through 1:1 train-the-trainer sessions, so the people your members already turn to are the ones showing them the system.

We map how your department runs (stations, FDIDs, LOSAP rules, reporting requirements) and take a full copy of your legacy data.
Migration & configuration
Your historical incidents, members, training, and occupancies are converted and validated. RedAlert is configured to your department, not the other way around.
Train-the-trainer & go-live
1:1 sessions with the officers, members, and administrators who will run the system day to day, so they can bring the rest of the department along. You go live with your history intact and people who know how to use it.

How long does a RedAlert implementation take?
90 to 120 days from kickoff to go-live for most departments, including data migration, configuration, and train-the-trainer sessions. Complex multi-station or county-wide systems are scoped honestly up front.
Can you migrate our data from our current system?
Yes: from any RMS, and from Access databases, homegrown systems, and spreadsheets too. Alpine has performed hundreds of these conversions in over 30 years. Incidents, members, training records, and occupancy data come across, and we validate the results with you before go-live.
What if our current vendor makes it hard to get our data out?
It happens, and we know the playbook. Alpine's team works with whatever your vendor provides (standard exports, database backups, even NFIRS flat files) and we'll advise you on what to request (and when) before you give notice. Once you're on RedAlert, the policy is simple: your data is yours, exportable, always.
