Who can refer a department?
Current RedAlert customers. Departments already running RedAlert are our number one source of new partnerships, which is why the program exists, if you're not a customer yet and want to talk, book a demo instead.
Is there a limit on how many departments I can refer?
No. There's no cap, refer as many departments as you like, and each one is eligible for the referral benefits.
What does the department I refer actually get?
10% off their first invoice, white-glove NERIS migration, and priority onboarding. The NERIS migration piece matters most for departments under reporting pressure, see the NFIRS-to-NERIS guide for what that transition involves.
Do I have to pitch RedAlert to them?
No. Send us the department name and a contact, and our U.S.-based team handles the outreach and the demo. You're making an introduction, not running a sales call.
How do I choose between the gift card and the bill credit?
Either works, a personal gift card from Alpine Software, or 10% off your department's next annual bill. Tell us which you'd prefer and we'll take care of it. If your department has a policy about accepting personal gifts, the bill credit is usually the cleaner route.
