Request a quote

Get a real number for your department.

RedAlert pricing is scoped to your department's size and the modules you actually need, so there is no list price to publish. Give us three things and we will put together a quote for your department to review.

Common questions about RedAlert pricing

What goes into a quote, and what happens after you send one.

Why isn't pricing listed on the site?

Because a number on a web page would be wrong for almost everyone who read it. A 20 member volunteer department running incidents, training records, and LOSAP is not buying the same system as a career department with fire prevention, hydrants, and apparatus maintenance. We scope the quote to your size and your modules, which is also why a quote takes a conversation rather than a checkout page.

What do you need to put a quote together?

Start with your name, email, and department name. That is enough for us to look up your department and come back with a range. To tighten it into a firm number we will ask about member count, which modules matter to you, and what system you are coming from, because migrating decades of records from an old RMS is different work than starting fresh.

Does the quote include implementation and data migration?

Yes, and we quote it up front rather than surfacing it after you have signed. Implementation runs 90 to 120 days and includes migrating your historical data, configuring RedAlert around your department's structure, and training your people. See how implementation and data migration work.

Is this a sales call in disguise?

No. Plenty of departments request a quote for a budget request or a board meeting a year before they are ready to buy, and that is a normal reason to ask. Tell us that is what you are doing and we will give you a number you can put in a budget line, then leave you alone.

Should I request a quote or book a demo?

Request a quote if you need a number, for a budget cycle, a board vote, or a grant application. Book a demo if you want to see the software first. Most departments end up doing both, and the order does not matter to us.

Can RedAlert be paid for with grant funding?

Often, yes. Records management software is an allowable cost under several federal and state programs, and departments regularly fund it through AFG or SAFER awards. A written quote is usually what the application needs. See grants and funding for what those programs cover.

What happens after I send the form?

Someone from our sales team will get back to you with your proposal. If you want to skip the form entirely, call 206-647-6217 or email [email protected].
