How long does the training take?
The duration of the training depends on the modules you choose. Basic Training typically takes 1-2 weeks, while Advanced Training may take up to 4 weeks. Custom Training duration varies based on your department’s specific needs.
What if I need additional support?
We offer ongoing support for 6 months after you go live with RedNMX. Additionally, you can reach out to our customer service team via email, phone, or chat for immediate assistance.
Do I need any special hardware for training?

No special hardware is required for the training itself, as it can be conducted online. However, make sure you have the necessary hardware installed for fully utilizing RedNMX.

Can multiple team members participate in the training?

Absolutely! We encourage team participation to ensure everyone is on the same page. We offer group training sessions as well as individual training modules.

Is there a certification process?
