Founded in 1994, Alpine Software’s flagship software product, the RedNMX™ Fire Department Management System, has been installed and is in use at over 600 locations throughout the United States.
The RedNMX™ System offers departments of all sizes, a scalable solution for every aspect of an agency’s records management needs. The 50-plus modules that constitute the RedNMX™ System, include Incident Reporting, Apparatus, Inspections, Preplanning, Scheduling, EMS Reporting, Training, and Inventory records.
There are also modules for those departments which do their own dispatching. These modules include dispatching (CAD), links with 911 systems, paging software, and Geographical Information Systems (GIS). Customization and data conversion are also available upon request.
One of our standout features is our ability to integrate real-time dispatch information directly into the RedNMX™ system, mobile data terminals, electronic bulletin boards, and cell phones, thanks to our partnerships with numerous CAD vendors.
