Why Alpine?

Built by Firefighters for Firefighters

With 30+ years of experience, we’ve helped departments of all types and sizes stay compliant, save administrative time, and streamline NERIS reporting.

1. All In One

Change to a unified platform that helps with incident reporting, personnel, scheduling, truck checks, preplans, mapping, and more, all completely connected from dispatch to NERIS report.

2. Fully Customizable

Every department runs differently. RedAlert Desktop lets you tailor workflows, forms, reports, and security permissions to fit your command structure and operational model.

3. Apparatus & Asset Tracking

Keep tabs on every piece of equipment and apparatus without going through confusing spreadsheets. Assignments, service records, and certifications, all organized in one place.

4. Dispatch & Call Management

Every NERIS report is automatically generated as soon as a dispatch gets the call. With CAD integration, unit assignments and response timelines are all captured automatically, so your crew can focus on the response while the NERIS report builds itself.

GIS Mapping and Firefighting: Enhancing Situational Awareness

At its core, GIS mapping is a technology that allows users to visualize, analyze, and interpret spatial data. By layering data like building structures, water sources, hydrants, roads, and more, GIS creates a comprehensive map of an area, making it easier to understand the environment in real-time.

Frequently Asked Questions

How long does implementation take?

Most fire departments are completely ready to operate in 6 to 12 weeks, depending on the size of your data migration. Each department has their own personal implementation specialist assigned to their onboarding project that provides hands on, step by step instruction to make the transition seamless.

Yes. RedAlert is NERIS V1 Data Exchange Compatible, and it’s fully certified by the Fire Safety Research Institute (FSRI). This means that any fire department running Redlert can capture, validate, and submit incident data to the new national standard from day one.

Yes, RedAlert was created to support fire departments that operate across multiple FDIDs. Every single FDID is configured individually, with its own specific templates, validation rules, and reporting paths, while you gain access to a single login that allows you to view all of them.

Volunteer agencies get a simplified onboarding process designed around a limited admin time. We also built features such as LOSAP tracking, Duty Crew scheduling, and mobile NERIS reporting to reduce administrative burdens.

Every single implementation comes with a live, role-based training for administrators, officers, and field users, all delivered by our U.S.-based team. After everything is up and running, we offer support by helping you onboard new firefighters to assist with change management.

Your department owns all of its data. RedAlert is hosted in U.S.-based data centers with role-based access controls, encryption at rest and in transit, and full audit logging on every record. Local data storage options are also available for fire departments whose policies require it, and several export tools mean your records are never locked in

Every support interaction is handled by our U.S.-based team in Rochester, NY – no offshore call centers, no ticket black holes. Whether you reach out by phone or email, you’re getting a real person who understands fire service operations and can actually solve your problem.
