NFIRS 5.0 Incident Reporting
The NFIRS 5.0 Incident Reporting Module combines several different
record keeping functions into one easy to use integrated system. The Incident
Reporting System is integrated with the Apparatus/Equipment and Peronnel modules.
This system also includes several standard statistical and tabular reports for
evaluating your department's performance. In addition, several custom reports
are included that can be modified and enhanced to meet your department's requirements.

- Gather and export required incident data in the NFIRS 5.0 format. Includes
state disk submission utility.
- Tab based entry system utilizing scrolling windows for perfect simulated
form entry screens. Entry screens are designed to mimic the paper form exactly.
- Color coded entry fields denote required information. Online validation
of all coded entry fields using easy to use expanding-tree lookup system.
- System allows you to skip required fields and exit report at any time with
no "Must Enter Required Field" messages. Report can be completed
at a later approval when information is available or known; incident validator
only allows approval when all requirements met.
- Quick access to personnel attendance. Supports bar code scanners for quick
and accurate attendance entry.
- Includes all modules of the NFIRS 5.0 Incident Reporting System: Basic,
Fire, Structure Fire, Civilian Injury, Firefighter Injury, EMS, HazMat, Wildland,
Apparatus Usage, Personnel Attendance, and Arson Investigation.
- Plus One Code support for additional state, regional, or local department
studies.
